That ceramic coating keeps things slick and non stick, while that Talon handle folds into the pan when not in use to cut down on space while on the move. Those deep sides are a nice addition too meaning that as well as working for classic frying pan fare like eggs and bacon, it'll also handle more 'sauce based' meals too.
